Our Background In 2003 a company was formed to fill the gap for a black owned merchandising and promotions. Perfect Match Enterprises' owner saw the need for this kind of service in the lower end of the market in the Fast Moveable Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. Perfect Match Enterprises trading as Kasi Marketing & Management Services (KMMS) Where we are situated Our head office situated in the centre of the City of Durban makes our target business easily accessible. Most of the consumers and staff have easy access to our offices so does our clients. Our Mission Statement As a small business we strive to give maximum attention to our existing clients and their products, and thus create a strong relationship between our clients; their customers and their end users. Our Vision We see PME creating a manageable solid customer base and ensuring keeping it for sustainability. We have embarked on a franchised business to cater for the township market, this will be an innovative concept which will take marketing services to another level. Our clients products have to reach the end user one way or the other. We have ventured into other spheres like tourism. We run a breakfast which has 4 bedrooms and is suitable for a people visiting Durban and prefer to stay not too far from the city centre and near business centres. Our Staff We believe in affording unemployed people a chance in life to be trained in our skills. Therefore our staff is trained on the job, therefore our client's customers are allocated well trained employees. We are provisionally accredited by the Wholesale and Retail seta. Our franchisees These will be individuals who have a vision to grow their business using KMMS's guidelines at all times. Their staff will be trained to handle all services offered by KMMS. Our Services o Retail Marketing Services and supply o Construction o Accommodation Our Client Profile We presently have one principle on the merchandising business in which we have about 10 stock keeping units (SKU's); and one on the promotion side of which we have promoted one line. We are also targeting SMME's for training of their personnel, with the aim of partnering with different SETAs. We supply commodities to the public sector as and when necessary. Our main clientelle in the bed and breakfast are owners of SMME owners who come to Durban on business, and family holiday makers. Our People Our staff compliment is a Managing Director who is the founder of the company, a field manager, an office assistant; 16 merchandisers. We employ promotors as and when the need arises. In the bed and breakfast we have a reliable manager and a security. We have been recently provisionally accredited by the W&R Seta and have assessor, facilitators and moderators on our database at times when we will be training. |
