Our Products and Service |
Presently the stores in the township are either family run or one man owned and run. It is a fact that township retailers are not keen on changing the way they do business, and that can be attributed to lack of education which amounts to lack of knowledge. The trend is that the owner looks after the till/cash and he has one or two assistants at the back depending on the size, it is therefore difficult to have all products well displayed and rotated. Our service offering is that of a professional assistant taking over the responsibility to make the stores look attractive to customers. This will increase the sales and product awareness. |
Negotiation with suppliers/wholesalers. Assist with administration (where necessary). Outside signage and point of sale equipment (marketing). Training staff in customer care. Ensuring that the store is well merchandised and the stock is rotated. Stock count. Increase of sales by implementing marketing strategies both from Franchisor and Suppliers. Field Marketers in all facets of the business are there to create brand awareness and increase sales. Kasi Marketing & Management Service has extensive experience in branding and corporate identity makeovers. Kasi Marketing & Management Services have sophisticated databases that record information together with visuals regarding your brand. Kasi Marketing & Management Services offer effective communication channels in all areas South Africa. Offer ongoing feedback with supporting visuals presented to Client. |
We: |
Kasi Marketing & Management Services aim to be a national company within the next year with regional offices in all the major centre's around South Africa. We intend to enter into agreements with all the main suppliers. The agreement will be based on sales per store. What this translates to is that all purchases made by a store either through the wholesalers or directly from the suppliers will be paid to the franchisor. The initial percentage will be 5% and as sales grow PME will negotiate the percentage or the structure after one year. All proof of purchases will be submitted to the suppliers. This fee will go towards the franchisee and employee salaries. |
